Jasmin Bernotat is a post doc researcher at CONTACT (COgNiTive Architecture for Collaborative Technologies) Unit of the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT). There, she is a part of the EU-funded project TERAIS (Towards Excellent Robotics and Artificial Intelligence at a Slovak University). Jasmin Bernotat holds a Bachelor and a Master degree in Psychology and a PhD in Psychology and Intelligent Systems which she obtained at the Center for Cognitive Interaction Technology (CITEC) at Bielefeld University (Germany). Having been a research associate in various international and interdisciplinary projects in Social Psychology and Human-Technology interaction, she has a strong experience in experimental psychological methods, teaching, and supervising students. With her main research interests in User Experience, trust in Human-Robot-Interaction (HRI), and the psychological aspects underlying HRI, she addresses basic and applied research questions of societal importance.
